Still Water Mediation - Silent Sit

Arrive up to 30min early to settle in and get to know your facilitator and fellow meditators. This is a “silent sit” which is geared toward the more seasoned mediator. Beginners are welcome but encouraged to attend our guided meditation practice Thursdays at noon.
One hour is allotted for this session but you are free to leave at any point that suits you. And your facilitator may or may not use the whole hour depending on the group energy for that day. We will always save sometime at the end for refreshments and connection.
We have a wonderful group of about 6 facilitators that will be rotating through this time slot. We hope you get to know them all!
